Google Unveils Icons for Mobile and Voice Search for Desktop 0

Google unmasked many new features for mobile and desktop. The Internet search giant aims to make available the search results faster and accurately by using new features. The mobile version of google adds icons of restaurant, bar, coffee shots etc which are near to the mobile at the bottom of the search result. Users can also see a map with a marker indicating the current location and surrounding places. The map will remain at top of the page and change according to the listing user is searching for automatically.

Google goggles is also modified by adding a translation feature. If you are pointing a Russian text, you get a translated version with the help of this new feature. These features are launched.

Another important added features include search by voice and search by image for desktop. Authorities says that google search by voice is available for 27 languages and dialects. This covers about two third of global population. There will be a microphone icon near the search bar. You can click it and input word.



You can also drag an image into the search box and google will provide details about the image.These features will be launched soon.


Google also unveils instant page which is a feature to deliver search results instantaneously with out any loading time. These result will be stored in cache based on a prediction algorithm. Instant pages is a big leap in google instant. Google said that instant pages will be available in Chrome beta from next week.
