I've had a few customers using 365, they offer some really nice features but sadly their UI system is very hard to use, finding simple things like adding new email alias and when designing new websites forwarding the domains is a nightmare!
In my opinion good for small businesses with no IT knowledge but not so good for people who are used to Godaddy and Cpanel type administrator panels.
